Agree with everything, except the last point. I just don't see a "warm love" would work between J and Makoto.
Yeah, I feel more of a competitive love would suit them more. Like a constant cat and mouse kind of thing where M becomes top demon then J then M again, etc.
ah I've been waiting for this update for a while. I absolutely love the art here and the grotesque themes are absolutely fascinating. with the newest chapter, my anticipation for how j and makoto's relationship evolves is increased considerably. especially those few panels at the end with the kiss. makoto will most definitely make a wonderfully dark demon. I hope some love blooms between them though, and their feelings for each other become something more warmer and romantic. I would hate for things to just become more hard hearted
