Okay I know nonbinary identities aren't known about much outside of the LGBT+ communities but that's basically what Mogumo is based on the lack of specifics I'd say they are agender but expressing their gender (or lack there of) through feminine clothing as for the rest of the workers they are probably gender nonconforming (not a nonbindary identity but they get treated in similar ways) and Mei is probably transfeminine (which is a non binary identity) which explains their attachment to the "girlyboy" label

My understanding is Mogumo is nonbinary or agender, Mei is a trans girl, and the two others are cis crossdressers. Though I'm not sure about the cosplayer.
