Nope . Not a,cheap way at all. It makes it more realistic and hilights the psychological aspect. Many people who suffer traumatic experiences tend to "Forget " As a way to cope with the past. the mind burys the memory because they perceive it as a threat to ones sanity
Yes but it's used to many in manga/manwha, it's not orgininal. it's like awesome plot, but then meh, another one who just had forgotten. I find it a cheap way to tie the knots, maybe it is true but it's an overused idea. and makes the comic less good in my opinion. IT's still awesome, but not outstanding anymore in my opinion.

I hope so, because this is a really good story. Maybe I'm to fast to judge, I just dont want to be dissapointed later on. I mean 9 years isn't really that long. unless ofcourse something very traumatic has happend for him to just forget a whole episode of his life, and to me it seems the most importend episode of his life.
And he honestly forgot him, I find that a flaw in this story tbh. I mean 10 years is nothing. If he was like 60 or 70 ok. But the rest of the story is good, just the next time they need to think of something better, I hate seeing a story develop only to find out he forgotten someone so close. IT's a cheap way to build a story.
