A lot of light-novel adapted to mangas have that; that not everything is put into it. It's the same principal with books turned into films; there's so many details, but it's impossible to put everything into the manga, the chapters would be too long and drag on. It's less time consuming to write a light novel than the draw a manga.
I get that, but it's a shame, because it often makes the mangas give off a different, more lighthearted sentiment. The light novel (or web novel) would be quite serious, a lot of vile things going on (mass murder, rape etc.) but the mangas generally don't show that in detail.
Also, as a side comment, her dad creeps me out. He's so casual about disowning her. He makes for an interesting character, I guess, but it doesn't change the feeling of creepiness (⊙…⊙ )
You are right and i know that but knowing all the side details is still kinda nice soni wanted to share them and you are also especially right about her dad he is crazy
(when irene first introduced him i instantaneously had that picture of eric cartman from south park in my head where he made someone cry and then licked their tears her dad gives me the same creppy vibes as that moment)
If you know the details, then it does make it better to read, as you understand some things not explained in the manga.
(Also, hell, now I can't unsee her dad making her cry then licking her tears! NooOOooOOoOo)

For example at the beginning when the engagement get called of there ore other capture targets present and some even hand here a list of her crimes and its stuff like irene told the girl not to speak with her or changing the script of the school play to bully her and all of it was anonymous statements so she told the dude (who will become the head of the knights) to step up his game and throws the paper on rge ground stepping on them and telling him that if he was serious with all of this he could pick them up again and do it correctly this time because all the statment are invalid and he should come back to her with valid evidence and signatures of the witnesses and that she would the remember the names as well as saying that the girls was at fault because irene is at an higher position and to just go and talk to her is a no go irene has to start the conversation otherwise that girl wouldnt even be allowed to call her by her name and that she inly changed the script after realizing that the girl was unable to remember her lines thinking that because she had been a commoner untill recently she was still having issues reading everything afrer that she leaves but her farwell to the prince is the same and an absolute amazing clap back lol
