No, it's a manga and you can actually find it on this site.
If you don't like super disturbing+dark shit(as expected from Harada) then I wouldn't recommend Color Recipe which is a masterpiece btw and Glen has the most basic similarities to CR, they're not close to each other by much in terms of storyline and artistry.
I totally agree. I liked Color Recipe and I thought it was great, but it's definitely not for eveyone.
