Because If this updates there is a risk of the author finding out about this website and taking it down for illegal distribution. Better safe than sorry.
Nope, the author knows about this website for a looong time but she could never do anything about it. The reason why the updates stopped is that someone posted here unofficial/fan translations of chapters 62 and 63 BEFORE the official ones came out on lezhin, which is a pretty serious thing.
Indeed this page is illegal of course, but all the chapters were still purchased from the official english site by a person who then sent them to mangago...
Anyway someone reported this to the author and the official uploader apparently decided to quit (but maybe in the future it might be taken up again who knows)
