The same thing I was going to comment about aahahaha like seriously everybody here is either mocking or giving shunpei hard time when he is seriously the coolest here!!!! I was hating everybody else toooo!!! And the thing with fumi too like you said he fucking needs to take his beloved side .. and I seriously hated his sister that fucking bitch aahahaha!!!

I loves this mangaka's work but she always bullies the ukes. Nemu being an example. However Shunpei gets it really bad compared to the others.
I completely agree. Not gonna lie, I've literally cried because of the way the treat Shunpei sometimes, I just love him so, so much and it makes me so angry. And it really is so relatable
Yeah I feel ya. Everyone always agrees with Fumi and never sides with Shunpei, even if he's right or innocent. When they fight, Shunpei is always the one in the wrong and always has to apologize, even if Fumi was being obnoxious or irrationally jealous.
... I really like the couple, but sometimes I wish Shunpei was treated better by Fumi. One thing is teasing, another is bullying unreasonably

I re-read this manga every once in a while because I like this couple so much when they are alone, but I must confess I hate every other character aside from Shunpei. I even hate the dog, lmao, that's a first. That's because all the other characters in this manga seem to conspire to hate Shunpei or annoy him and adore Fumi, and for no reason at all. Shunpei is such a cool guy, that seems to get a lot of hate just for being heterosexual and (dumb and) happening to be Fumi's partner, imo. I even hate Fumi sometimes, not even for being insecure and overly jealous or selfish, that's normal (and I even like that part of him) but, like, defend your man when he's being bullied, you twat, or at least respect him and don't go along with everyone else and don't be so oblivious only when it comes to people hitting on you. This might just be my opinion, though, because I love Shunpei too much so I hate when he's being picked on? Maybe? I find him so relatable and real (?) somehow. One of my top 5 ukes hands down. I'm done with my rant topic which ended up being more of a Shunpei appreciation topic. Peace.
