pretty sure the manga is still ongoing, and the scans are caught up, just waiting for the artist to make another chapter. I'm not 100% on that so if anybody knows the details maybe they can elaborate for us!

Will there be more or that was the last? The afterword is usually for endings but it feels unfinished....could someone help me?
