In baka updates it says it's just 1 volume. What I see in your links are the magazine volumes in which the chapters where published. That's why there's almost 20 volumes.

hrmmmmm this yaoi has 10 chapters so far but i found a website that is untranslated with raws up to ch.6 you have to pay but at least they offer trial read, so youll get the gist of whats going on in the chapter..
