Girl, he's a murderer
I know, but I think no one deserves this.
I never shipped Sangwoo with Bum, but I still wanted for the characters to develop.
In the end no one changed.
The end is full of irony, but you know what hurt me the most?
„She said I'm going to die a most painful dead...“
And Sangwoo did, because when you see the ending, clearly it means that the one who truly won in the whole story is Sangwoo's mom anf that hurts so much I cried.
Gosh, even the last thing we see of her frightened me to no end, because i can see her corpse smile and I totally take the whole „her body is so well preserved“ comment and imagery as the reminder that, yeah it is, because she's why Sangwoo is so messed up and that, as a result, this whole series is the way it is.
Sangwoo died indeed a most painful death both physically speaking because he got badly burnt everywhere, but also mentally speaking, because he called out again and again to Bum, but in the end he died alone, killed like he feared the most, suffocated with a pillow, which is just awfully sad. ╥﹏╥
