I can't disagree with you on that, but the supernatural thing with Kengo just felt like it needed to be flushed out more. Hell, the whole chapter felt a bit rushed, like it needed at least 1-2 more chapters to REALLY flush out everything and everyone. Too much back story left out.
I think that it could all be a mistake. What if the third one is the one who witnessed the rape and did nothing, and the black haired one didn't know anything? After all we didn't see him defend himself, and at the beginning we saw him wonder where his brother was. It could be that the blond twin was confused with Kengo, and Kengo was involved from the beginning. It could be that there was nothing supernatural, and Kengo just finished the work he started.

honestly he deserved all of it. i felt no sympathy for that scum. leaving his bro live through this. in the end they throwed some kind of supernatural element, but even without it i think it would have being ok.
