People are saying that all the dialogue is Sungho?

I don't think so? Page 10 and 11 confirm it's Dohyun talking, he remembers the things he taught Jungho to do, then sees that Jungho is still kissing him like he taught him to and says that it confirms that the memories aren't a dream. Dohyun was saying he remembers everything and calling out Sungho's name. His repressed memories came back. He had repressed them back then because he has psychological issues revolving around love and he thought that him and Sungho weren't going to work when they got split up into different classes. He started to distance himself back then and started testing Sungho's love through sex. That's when Sungho started just letting him do whatever, he didn't want to lose Dohyun. The mindbreak led to his memories coming back, it was more like a break is his resistance. He'd been denying and repressing, Sungho's actions finally forced him to remember and now Dohyun is right back where he was in high school emotionally, in love but not convinced it'll work out. "Hell". To be clear, i think they both talk.

The 'I remember everything' line is immediately followed by 'Because I repeated those words thousands and thousands of times'. So Sungho is saying that he remembers every detail because he replayed his memories thousands of times. He remembers Dohyun telling him what kind of kiss felt good and so he does that to Dohyun in this time. And right after swallowing Dohyun's come Sungho thinks 'I want to devour you'. The speech bubbles are Dohyun's but the thoughts are Sungho's.

The most blatant rebuttle to the dialogue being Jungho's is that he says "the sensations prove the memories aren't a dream", we know Jungho remembers everything, why would he be doubting whether the memories are real or not? Dohyun has been shown to have amnesia, it makes sense that he'd need proof. Also, Jungho didn't know how to have sex, Dohyun taught him, you think he learned after one try? Dohyun taught him until he learned.

I don't know what you mean about Sungho not knowing how to have sex? What I meant was that Sungho kisses Dohyun, remembers Dohyun teaching him how to kiss, and then he does that in the present time to make Dohyun feel good.
I think that other bit of dialogue is about Sungho doubting whether he was delusional in thinking the sex was that loving, but the present sex is confirming that it wasn't a delusion.

Nice theory. But I'm sure those thoughts are Sungho's. Someone asked about same thing on author's tweeter and Killa(one of the authors) replied they are all Sungho's. Including "I love you" "I want to devour you" "finally I've come back to hell" you may check out author's tweet on 2/23 for reference:)
