Yes it's a good read and that's his daughter. The MC ages through out the story and you see the development of the father/daughter relationship with a touch of black magic mystery.
Personally it was really difficult for me to get into at first, 10-15 chapters I think. I'm sorry, but her personality is incredibly annoying as a child, selfish and indignant and whiny. This is the case with many reincarnation as a princess stories however, so not sure how you feel about it. After that period though it gets really good, I finished all the chapters in two days. I think it's worth your time.
