Well, you could say he cheated on his former wife (Seheon's mother) with Taeyi's older brother, but then he was threatened with a picture Taeyi's brother's friend took because of jelousy. That makes the dad break with the brother that leads to his later suicide.

So basically the friend has 50% of the blame :/
