I think he worries about hurting him. They are both very unsure since alpha/beta isn't a common match probably. Heeso didn't want to be prepared since it's not neccessary for an omega and it seems he's also frustrated about not sending pheromones or reacting to them. And Dojins brother (idk his name) is trying to be more considerate since he not sure how to handle a beta.
