Yeah, the dad part I think really creeped me out the most, the way he said "he took care of me...in a lot of ways", CRINGE! The sex apears consensual, but at the same time it's weird, since all the people having sex with the guy seem to be taking advantage of him because he wants something from them.(connections, better prices, shop sales, etc). If the story was different and kept the artwork, maybe, but as it is now, I can't stop cringing
So basically he uses the opportunity to have sex but just happens to make connections along the way? Well at least he's doing it as a non-transactional thing, and its consensual, so can't really complain too much--as long as when he is in a monogamous relationship with his friend, that Makoto will stop sleeping around.
Even so, sleeping with the married guys makes it hard for me to like the uke #－.－)
