MTLing images

My dumbass self bought some chinese VIP (novel) chapters, thinking I could MTL them but they turned out to be images (to prevent people from illegally distributing them I suppose) — anybody know any smooth working image translation programs? (for private reading obviously)
I’ve tried Google Translate’s image translation but it didn’t work out that well. Any advice would be appericated!

I‘m sure there are better options but this site is the only one i‘ve used (+ it was only one time that I had to make use of pic translation )
