
It's certainly different. Not entirely sure if I like it. Though maybe the author just thought "Everyone knows how a manga like this starts by now. Might as well not start with a bunch of chapters about his previous life and how he grows up, and go right to the part of the story I actually want to tell." or something like that. :P

i actually rather enjoyed the non-confirmation from before. it left more room for mystery about the MC which just isnt that common in manga and anime today.
i prefer when the MC has some mystery to them that even we the audience dont know yet because we can gradually uncover more as the story progresses. it's pretty refreshing.
Though I already suspected that he was a reincarnated person, they kept it so vague for so long. Glad to actually get some confirmation in the last chapter.
The thing I'm wondering about though, is why the manga started without any form of history on him. It's like there was prequel before this manga, yet it doesn't exist. >.>
