The one that's drugged is (I believe) a omega, and the alpha just thought that he's a beta because of his looks since omegas were supposed to be beautiful

I think the guy who is supposed to be a beta is actually an omega but maybe Ben lied about being beta
Im guessing The beta boy lie about being a beta due to the fact that there are still prejudice people going around judging omegas as inferiors and much lower then a beta
They just probably assumed he was one because he's not "domineering" or fluffy/cute (I'm just calling out general stereotypes in A/B/O stories xD)
But seeing as it probably induced a heat... Voila! Omega
Can someone explain me, is uke beta or omega? He was being said beta but he reacted to the potion. If he is beta,. then, are their feelings just an imitation?
