Unfortunately it doesn't seemed to be published here and not sure if it has an english translation but it's Snake of love (蛇恋の禊) by Fuyuko Sano (沙野 風結子). It's also one of four books in the Serpentine Blood Series (蛇淫の血 Series). Hope this helps ^~^
