I agree! The original scene in the novel was full of excitement and suspense. Even with terrible grammar, ( English translation is pretty terrible) you were scared of the assassin, because he was described as more of a shadow than a person, purely evil with no background or allegiance. The manhwa just made it cheesy plus the drawings look horrible now.

It’s on Tapas. You can download the app. But the translation is terrible. Full of mistakes and errors. It’s also kind of pricey. But totally worth the read. I loved the story. Is way darker and the tone is similar to the one the original artist had.

the way the artist is going through these scenes takes away any engagement or tension in the story. There's a bunch of surprise moments that are supposed to make u go "oh holy shit!" but!! they dont!!! It's such a pity bc its made it all so bland and boring!
