Something like the seme's dick somehow gets stuck inside an omega (inflation?) and cannot be pulled out. Not sure if it's controlled by instinct or logic. Maybe similar how the base of a dog's weenie inflates so it stays inside. (Second-hand knowledge, no idea if that's how it works)
