I think Katia was just self-conscious because she's a woman and Yuu's a man. It's not necessarily the swimsuit/undergarments that made her feel weird.

that awkward swimsuit scene was just strange. "i guess it's normal in this world"???? ARE ONEPIECE SWIMSUITS NOT NORMAL IN THIS WORLD? Like I don't get how that was supposed to be embarrassing? It was covering a lot and swimsuits are all usually form fitting. Unless that was somehow supposed to be her underwear which in a way makes more sense than her having a bathing suit out there but at the same time; it was still very covering and I just don't understand why they somehow suddenly got awkwardly embarrassed when he looked at her all weird? /someone explaaaain/
