I think president-kun is very serious about the policy of the clubs and meeting its quotas. Regardless of him dating Itome, both are free to sleep with others. More like require to. I think Akemi knows Itome loyalty to him, that is why he's not meeting his quotas. But, because they're in that club, Itome can't do anything about it, since he don't usually voice his opinions or go against Akemi. I think after the Kashima and Toono dating stunt. He might have second thoughts since president-kun excuse them.
Something really bother me about this couple.
Espicially Akemi relationship past with the ex member
So when watching Ova 2 I realized something (but could also be a theory of mine i guess?)
That the scene the sex result come out where Toona and Kashima almost get gangbang lol
Itome only had sex with Akemi, and akemi proceed asking why but Itome just shrugs his head as if avoiding to answer and Akemi just go whatever.
My first impression on Itome for this "Wow, so loyal damn"
But later in the manga where they all went camping, there was a scene where a guy went approach Itome and apparently is a big fan of Itome. They went and make out and had sex.
Which goes way beyond on me thinking... "i though he was so attached to Akemi"
Further watching the OVA2, as Kashima drags Toono out after the confession of them "dating", Akemi pops up and found out they were faking.
Also shows that Akemi is really sharp. He knows when people lies.

What I'm trying to say is...
Itome did not actually had sex with Akemi only during that month. He lied basically. Reason? I don't know, it could be as simple as not wanting to hurt Akemi's feeling since he is so kind he will literally willing to do anything. Or something happened between them before or with the ex members.
And Akemi knows Itome was lying. But he turns a blind eye.
BUT yeah. Thats just me. Could be wrong lol could be me overexaggerating
I mean yarichin is all about sex and jokes.
