Did you see in the raws where the doc comes in and has to remind doyun that he's an alpha as well so he doesn't want his, not to worry as Doyun growls at him trying to shield "his alpha" ? Lol

I think in the next chap Doyun will say that he goes in heat whenever he is in close proximity to the alpha. The alpha gets super excited and will take advantage of that ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
That's why the other omega cant go in...the pheromones....but I guess the doctor is used to it from his job because he is for sure an alpha. He asked doyun if he knew who he was then that's when doyun felt threatened and growled at doc because he didnt want anyone taking his alpha lmao
