5/10 Even though the manga tried to be deep....

...in the end the plot lacks substance. It’s like the mangaka tries to convey this complex relationship but gave up half way through. The two abused victims falling in love through literal imprisonment and initial lack of communication is not convincing. And there was NO KARMA SERVED to the abuser Kirasagi. Unsatisfied through and through

    I mean it’s half way reality. The two victims might not fall in love, but the abuser doesn’t always receive their punishment. Sad but hey there’s love.

    They didn't really fall in "love", they themselves just said they wanted to change the targets of whom they wanted to rely on and hoped that maybe someday, they can truly grow to love each other (and I need that content). It's a pretty realistic approach and that's what made me love it.
