Tho i like JaewonxKaram as much as I like JaewonxJunseo, i think it's totally fine if people drop it because it's not going where they want..,they read this for fun anyway
Karem don't have a back story. he is "boring" cause he is a very Stereotyped and flate character with no backstory, no obstacles, and no CHANGES!
it wasn't obvious from the start where it was going, it actually the opposite, it was very open to many things to happen and many change's to happen to the MC.
what DIDN'T happen. so yeas it is kind of boring and bad writing.
to people asking why all the other characters got backstories and shit, this is literally the reason why!! they want us all to feel some kind of connection to the characters and make it one big shipping game.
again, it would be bullshit if for example mystic messenger ONLY gave seven a detailed backstory just because he's the main character that you're supposed to date. they want you to know the others as well and ALSO give them a chance.
our mc is the player in this instance and just? let him choose the "most boring guy"?? (still dont understand why people find him boring, i find that boring aspect to be very surprising to how he acts now compared to the beginning)
you can ship whatever but dropping it because it didn't go your way even though it is kind of obvious from the start that he's gonna just end up with the crush is kinda just?? oof, man, learn to take something that's not going your way :/
