they won't post it for you, someone (or you) have to send them the chapters in a zip file to them via email
Ouhmy that’s kinda tedious I have to scan the pages and upload them in a zip file and email to them.. does this means that all these Mangas out here the readers are the ones that send to admins too?
A lot of them have been taken from scantalation websites rather than directly from readers. I don't know if it is readers sending them to Mangago or if the moderators take them directly themselves.

no the moderators don't take them directly, people have to send in the files themselves. Scanlation groups tend to do it this way aswell as individuals who buy mangas online and want to contribute on here.
Yeah, you could try to directly contact a scantalation group. Of course, many of them are already busy, but it's always possible.
How do we get in touch with them, like for updates or new manga?
Really wanna tell them to post new manhwa called The Good Manager.. mangarock has it but I’ll prefer mangago
