Well, in manga, even rape with penetration is considered a manifestation of uncontrollable love and passion. But imagine hypothetically that Asami dies or is in mortal danger (instead of father Feilong). Akihito... LisuliaHitrulia

    Yeah, that's true.

Leaving Feilong alone, badly wounded, in the hospital, after the death of his father, without any explanation, is also a mean and vile act. Asami knew that Feilong got confused and got the situation wrong, but ... LisuliaHitrulia

I always thought there might be an explanation for the sudden abandonment without a word. Something more complicated than Asami needing to escape from Hong Kong and find a cover up for what happened. A simple 5 minutes explanation would have clarified whatever misunderstanding but there is some huge reason why Asami didn't do it.
But he didn't abandon Fei completely, he sent Yoh to take care of him while in jail.

While I do not see any explanation. And I doubt that they will. Even if at that time there were any difficulties, it would have been possible to find a conversation for the next 7 years.
Yes, Asami sent Yoh to jail to monitor Feilong and protect him. But Feilong did not know about it and it could not help him understand the situation. The presence of Yoh as a defender is good, but to spy on a man without his knowledge is very bad.
As a result, we know that Asami wanted information about Feilong's movements from Yoh in order to have a competitive advantage. But Yoh said nothing.

Yeah, Asami sent Yoh to jail to protect him and then as a spy to monitor Fei and Fei activities. Have you ever wondered why? ( besides a competitive adavantage?) I still think there's something missing, a playing card we still as readers ignore, it might be revealed in the future (or in the worst case, not).
    This is what I think:
Asami was sent to Fei seven years ago by Tou's orders but he has an agenda himself. Something went wrong and he killed Tou. Asami still needs an assurance that the things still work with the routes of smuggling ( so better Fei as leader of HK than crazy Yan, who disappeared after the ordeal, or whatever other leader). Maybe it is just business maybe something else that made him wanting Fei in his place (Homg Kong) than other people. I don't know if this makes sense.

That is true but it doesn't change the fact that he raped Aki Peach

Even when Aki finally falls in love with Asami it's true that he rapes him from the very beginning for countless times, do you hate Asami? Of course we know what you are talking about and we admit it. But it seems that you're blind to the fact that how your favorite couple begins in the story, and now you blame us for our "ignorance"? Hey that's not fair. You have the right to love such a couple (starting from rape) while we have problem to love such a character?
OK I'm sorry to reply you because apparently we don't share the same value, so that's the last time I respond to your post. Thank you.

These are the words of Asami from chapter 18 of NTHK:
"Seven years ago, I tried to convince Feilong to become the head of Baishe in order to spread a new route across the chinese market... but it didn't go well...
I was surprised when I heard that Feilong, who had just gotten out of prison, had taken over and revived the once destroyed Baishe..."

Initially, Asami wanted to persuade Feilong to head Baishe, because he worked with Toh. And because Feilong was the most convenient, adequate candidate.
Asami failed to do what he wanted. So he left.
He did not expect Feilong to lead the White Snake after prison and succeed.
Yoh was probably sent to prison because Asami did not want Feilong dead and felt guilty. But I also wanted to look after a potentially dangerous person and have information about him.
