It’s translated by a scanlation group called impatient scans, mangago only steals translated chapters from scan groups and other websites. If you want to thank the translators you can go to their discord channel and thank them there.

Thank you so much for the update! As a personal thing I really enjoy the bulk update instead of weekly update since it eliminates cliffhangers. Having a big update is so nice because with stories like this that are long running I think it suits stuff like this better than, say, an episodic story or a story with minimal plot.
