It's completely free cuz they give you a coupon for everyday login and 7 coupons once a week, also you can earn points for online timespan and the reading comics which you can use to further read.. I am using the app for 4 months now and I never spent real money, I use the staff they give and it's totally enough,...
Another thing, They introduced the Wait For Free feature which unlock you a locked episode for free everyday when you start reading the said comics... it's not like Lezhin where you have to spend money on coins to read comics (Lezhin has a great collection and great authors though)...
So it's basically FREE.. MANGATOON and WEBCOMICS app are Totally Free to read comics...

Ohh I was reading this this Manhua on Magatoon..it has 20 Chapters there and absolutely free... it's getting updated on every Thursday and Friday there..
