I need to find a manga

Hi I really need to find a manga Ive been dieing to read

Its about two friends in elementry school that have boyfriends and are starting to 'grow up' and get their periods.

Its a classic shoujo manga and they do stuff like bra shopping and buying sanitary pads.
The best friend of the main had a rebellious troublemaker boyfriend and her name was Aoi and she had like a bob hair cut.
The main character is a girl with long hair and her boyfriend was like the popular prince boy that every girl liked.
If you have even the slightish Idea of what its called please answer I really want to read this again.
Also I know that there is an anime but I forgot if there was a manga so if you know the anime please tell me! Thank you so much!!!
