Yes, it is bad. So much drama. I dropped this manhwa.

If stuff like that triggers your anxiety, then I think you shouldn't read this one. It has a sweet start, though, but if you're like me and get attached easily you should probably find something else.

All that starts when the ex-bf appears w/c is in 20++ chapters and till the end for most part until main couple settles their issues with each other

Yeah, it is that bad. This gives a sort of realistic look into an abusive relationship and why some people go back to their abuser even after they escaped them once before.

We don't understand for many chapters why the cheating is happening and the abusive manipulative hold Hyun has on Shiwoo.

Nor do we understand why he continues to lie to Yujin about how he is in love with Hyun.

Nor does Yujin understand. He gets used and manipulated by Shiwoo to the point he snaps...but not like how Hyun did.

But once we get past all the ugly past and Shiwoo makes his stand does it start to get happy again.

I think it is worth it, it is Shiwoo's past and made him who he is and why he acts the way he does. He truly loves Yujin but he thinks Yujin deserves someone better than him. So he pushes him away all the while he self-destructs.

It takes time but Shiwoo gets past that since he has Yujin....and he seems happy and stable but I still think he needs therapy.

The story is ongoing. The main story has ended and now we are getting a bunch of sidestories of the happy couple. Up to chapter 81 and 82 is out in a few hours.

I think she felt guilty for the hell she put us through and is giving us loads of loveydovey scenes.

In chapter 81, it seems it has been a few years since Shiwoo stayed with Yujin and Yujin's uncle got rid of Hyun after Yujin beat the hell out of him, twice. Once in drag, well, he smacked him after chewing him out in public.

Im just glad that I read this when the main story is already finished. If the trans was still on going(where Hyun beat Shiwoo up) I would drop this fast because it will just make me anxious not knowing what happened next

Oh, it royally pissed me off. I stopped reading for a while.

I read the epilogue the author did for season 1 so I knew bad things were coming but she also let us know that Shiwoo and Yujin were basically endgame...so I would wait for several weeks then binge then break then binge.

Once we got to the point of Yujin knowing what was going on I was on the edge of my seat waiting for revenge against Hyun and Shiwoo to be saved.

Now happy times are here and Shiwoo is working on his issues but I worry now about a dependent on Yujin...and so does Yujin. I still think he needs a shrink and he may have one and not showing it. He is still healing, Shiwoo is a survivor.
