Lol it means lil mo, kind of a popular nickname in chinese. ～仔 is like an affectionate casual nickname to someone younger or the same age as you :))
Wouldn’t little Mo in Chinese be 小莫 xiao mo? I don’t know about you but that sounds adorable!
