Um she's an actress and obviously his name isn't Leonhardt. I mean you should have realized those things from reading the most recent chapters. So obviously she was trying to keep the kid calm in a dangerous situation by acting a scene from a movie or something along those lines with him and keeping his mind occupied with math questions.... And she either pretended to faint or she actually did faint because she was pushed into a cold room before it was locked. So I don't understand why this is so confusing...?
