yaoi has it's own heap of problems, and the "i can't control myself anymore seme" is quite a bad trope too, like he's just a beast in heat rather then a human being with reason and morals
The problem is that to her the highschoolers are basically children, 40 years difference is a hell of a lot. It . . .bothers me. Why is she even attracted to him?? To me the normal reaction would be if she went " oh how energetic and adorable these kids are", not the blushing crush that we got
And of course she wouldn't go for a grandpa, that would make the grandpa feel like a pedo. Even if she were to explain it to him, it would be like . . . why not approach her when she was old, why only now that she's a teen? It's like the vampire loli trope, where the girl looks like a kid but is "legal"

i liked the summary so i started reading this. . . but . . . she's crushing on a 17 year old?? what?? even if she's inexperienced in some parts of life, she's still a lot more mature then the children.
Like . . . I'm 22 and even even i would hesitate going for a a 17yo, Σ( ￣□￣||) a few years make a lot of difference at that age, if he was at least in his twenties i would't feel so uncomfortable, like this i can't read the manga :< (even if she does end up with the cat god (who i like a lot better) at the end)
