Oh yes I work in retail and it’s a big no no. Also the customer is always right even if they aren’t. You’ve just have to act and put a smile on your face and change your voice and yeah. It’s all about customer service

That sales associate is fricken dumb. Honestly I'm surprised she was not fired. A rule in retail is to not Accuse the customer of theft.

I can't believe the silver hair dude is the same as the emperor dude. So much for his rule of not forcing himself on a woman. I was low-key cheering him on before seeing the spoilers. Im just curious...does her death ever get revealed?
