I'm not fully on board with the wife thing. I like how she likes Akihiro very much and how she's very sweet but she's way too incompetent. She's supposed to be a hunter, but she almost got killed by a boar that was tied while fully armed and had to be saved by a guy who had no experience hunting. Plus, the whole marriage thing was pushed onto him. That's just wrong.
I'm looking forward to seeing how he progresses as an adventurer, but why does he keep using a spear? I know he got the skill after practicing with it and using it regularly, but he practiced kendo in the past, shouldn't he also get a sword?
