Old-ish Shoujo Manga

I forgot the name of this decently old shoujo I suddenly remembered and feel like reading. There's these three guys, who give free makeovers for girls at school. One of them's a great hair stylist, the other two are good at makeup and clothes(if I remember right). But then there's this girl that is an even better hairdresser and she turns out to be even better than the hair stylist guy and she becomes his love interest. And from that point on the girl helps the guys give makeovers. The girl is super disinterested and has some trauma about cutting hair because she accidentally cut her mom's ear when she was a kid.
