Other names for penis are: Peter, Willy, and John Thomas. While those might get an occasional snicker, those names aren't as strongly associated with the word for penis and so you're more likely to see those in usage today. Before 30 years ago, this was the case for the name Dick, and instead, the name Peter was strongly associated with the word penis.
Will, Willy, Bill, and Billy are all the nicknames for William. Fanny is a female given name, but in the US it means the ass, and in the UK it means... something else xD
