I mean he acted nothing like happened because he still wanted to treated him like a brother. I think it's just more of the fact that the little brother is stubborn and just wants more even though he can tell his brother is not into him.
It's not just the little brother i hate, the older brother is also at fault.. he's so spineless he can't stand up to his little brother, no one is THAT OBLIVIOUS no matter how innocent you may be, the little brother already told the older one his feelings and you still go on like nothing happened? It's like a sign to lead him on...
