But what i get from the ending is that kiku back to his generation, solve all the stuff with grandpa(because grandpa was so sad and never love others after kiku had disappeared at first) , so shirou have a happy childhood. Kiku complete his mission to bring happiness for shirou. At the last page shirou call him back as how he did at the very beginning of the story(the airplane toy)... Idk whether i get the right message but if in this case, the story ends good(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ (just don't understand why shirou still have memories about kiku)

Kik is from past and was Shirou's grandpa's lover kind of. His grandpa looks exactly the same as Shirou. And after Kiku regains his memories he decides to turn back so he wears his old clothes and goes to that pond to return back and last time Shirou and Kiku hug and at this moment Kiku disappears. Oh My poor Shirou left alone even tho they have made love and Shirou was so in love and now he's alone :(((( noo please bring a grandchild of Kiku so they can fall in love and we get to see a happy ending. I'm sobbing so much :(
