Maybe I read it wrong.. But in my opinion I wouldn't get mad over the guy I liked eating somewhere else when he has to have a specialized meal plan for no reason..
he was mad because he's the doctors assistant and wants to do everything perfect for him, thats the kind of character he is, he's definitely in love with the doctor and not the other guy.
