I actually thought that they were gonna be friends XD ,but OMG that makes so much more sense.
Maybe they can be friends. But at this moment in time, I don't think that would be achievable as it's clear Liu Shan has a crush on He Shu and has realized that he likes/ cares about Zhou Mo, hence why she's acting all sneaky. The incident with the uniform at the festival was also her plan to embarrass Zhou Mo probably, to make people hate her and stuff. I see this a lot in mangas But who knows, maybe the author will pull a sneaky on us
I would like to say that: Liu Shan wasn't wearing a that flower group badge, which may mean she gave Zhou Mo her's.....

If Zhou Mo takes out her badge at any point, people will ask why she has one eventhough she dropped out. Then Liu Shan will say some shit like "she stole it from me" and everyone will be all up in her business like "she treated you like a friend and you treat her like that?!?" Or some shit along the lines. I JUST KNOW THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN, MY BITCH SENSES ARE TINGLING （￣へ￣）
