Aww I’m so sorry I missclicked the down button TwT. I was just trying to like it and comment here that the Japanese drama you watched that went to college actually has same tittle as this and they are both same just some plots tweaking here and there

that's because it is the live-action adaptation of this manga. they do like to turn high school characters to adults when it comes to shoujo/josei titles with slightly more complicated plots.
same thing happened with zettai kareshi & omukae desu.
