how do you want to know? we barely know anything about him, he doesn't talk about him at all and seems rather flat as a character imo. Also Jowoon and Haesoo are so similiar personality wise. They are both no better then the other one. Neither of them has talked about their feelings and they both sleep around, trying to cause nasty feelings for the other person. Thats why I dont get why everyone is just mad a Jowoon.
I don't think Jowoon sleeps around. The last time with the actress were just rumors, rt?
Chapter 32 says it all. He has respect enough to give Heasoo space and sort his feelsing out before pursuing him. Give him encouraging words and doesn't demean Heasoo.

But it's not like he forces Haesoo to sleep with him. All of that is consensual. In fact, it looks like Haesoo wants him to be more forceful (there was a monologue where he wanted Joowon to break down the walls that he builds or something) about the relationship and is disappointed that he is not.
