Because at the end of the manga fairy tail I am very certain that Levy whispers to Gajeel that she is pregnant because as she whispers to him Wendy says something like "Did I hear the word baby!?" and she got all red so I believe he knows. Although I like the idea that he doesn't know as I had specter for him to act very protective over her and be very close to her 24/7 after learning this. Inst ed of ruing around for some random reason like he did at the start of the 100 year quest. Maybe the people in charge of the manga decided to ignore the first scene and do as if he knows nothing for whatever reason or maybe what she whispered to him that time wasn't that she was pregnant but that she wanted a to be and that would be why Wendy heard the word baby. But it's just speculation the only thing we know for sure is that Levy is pregnant and before this manga started Wendy hear the two of them talking about babies.

Gruvia... one of the most shipped couple through the series. I would love to have more of their moment. Of course NaLu, JerZa moments too. Natsu start to become more jealous its seems. Finally he reach the age (though he is way too old) and Gajeel still not realize Levi is pregnant.
