I just feel like Hakdo hasn't realized his feelings for Sangho yet. Like we see him getting jealous and missing Sangho but there needs to be a push to a confession between the two.

Of course that's what you feel. We see everything from Sangho's perspective and unless Hakdo directly talks about his feelings with Sangho we don't know for sure what's going on with him. That's the exciting part about it ^^. Like, before Hakdo told Sangho that he wanted to be with him simply assumed that he has no interest in him anymore because he didn't show up for so long. And even now it looks a lot like Sangho simply hasn't realized yet that Hakdo's feelings for Doochi have changed. He knows that they both like each other but he thinks Hakdo is still in love with Doochi the same way he was before (he knows Hakdo wouldn't start a relationship with Doochi, they talked about that, bit he's still convinced that he has more feelings for Doochi than for him).
But good thing Doochi came up in the conversation because now they can talk about it. Which is a way better strategy than trying to get somebody to confess by making them jealous (that would turn this story into a tropes fest and I don't think we want that ;) ).

Trying to make him jealous wouldn't work anyway, he already disappeared when he saw Sangho talking with another man in a bench.
Yeah, you're right, it would probably just backfire.
Sometimes I feel like shango likes Hakdo way more than Hakdo likes him. Am I wrong?
