Also true!! Absolutely. However you look at it it's no his brother but something entirely created by Undertaker.
Btw you got R!Ciel's soul? Sebastian? It was sacrificed to summon him, so like payment to Sebastian to appear in front of them?
(Let me go crazy....The author could create a twist where Seb never got it, bc Undertaker got there first but stayed nontheless cuz OurCiel's soul was too tempting. Would be annoying and weird but with this story ...who knows xD But, even if ... no developing time.)

Ch 62, pg 2: "The price to cross the river has already been paid" while he's licking his lips. I'm pretty much guaranteeing Sebastian has eaten RCiel's soul.
My theory is that Undertaker went through all the evolutionary stages of the dolls with RCiel. He was a soul-thirsty zombie at one point, we saw. When Undertaker was talking about the episodes (Ch 84), I think he influenced RCiel's desire for a future by showing him OCiel's future. That's why he brought him out to OCiel's cricket tournament (Ch 141). I don't think it's too much of a stretch, given that they're identical twins that spent their lives together. He desired for a future with his brother.

I'm totally sure that the Middleford don't believe in this new Ciel.
I can see by their face, they don't trust him at all. Also, in their own way, they like our Ciel and won't do something againts him. BUT they can't do anything againts real Ciel either.
Not now, at least.
We are all shocked up and HAVE to support real Ciel, but there's probably a lot of questioning and doubts.
We (And they) also have to wait for the Queen's desition. His meeting with her will determinate his position in all England.
If the queen rejects him, this Ciel will lose everything, even if it's the real head of the mannor.

Did you forget that Fake Ciel was branded as a criminal? It's not like the people around him is very close to him. They all have their doubt. If a cousin or an aunt or uncle that you meet about once a year was branded as a murder, you wouldn't be able to faithfully believe that they weren't the murder. Not when someone from their family is the one testifying that they're a murder.
Not only that, Fake Ciel ran and has gone into hiding. If he was in prison, they'd probably try to find the truth and free him but he ran. Which makes him look even more guilty. The only people that will be at his side is those who trust him and is loyal to him. Which is the case here.
As for Real Ciel, he has no soul. Even Sebastian, who is a demon and can fulfill almost every and all contract, can't bring Real Ciel's soul back. The moment the ritual was finished, Real Ciel was gone forever. The thing that Undertaker brought back is a body without a soul. And who knows what a body without a soul would do.
He commanded the Undertaker to kill Soma and Agni just because they annoyed him. And he branded Fake Ciel a criminal and is trying to destroy Fake Ciel's life. I'm sure that deep down, Undertaker knows that it is impossible to bring back Real Ciel's life. He's only doing this to satiate his sadness of the lost of the Phantomhive family.

True, the thing with relatives you don't see very often, but OCiel is a child, so I'd try to defend him for quite some time and question everything from the very moment doubts or accuses are appearing. And I'd also understand that he ran. Who'd want to go to prison (especially when he's that young!) when the chances of coming out again - guilty or not - are very low. Don't know. The fact that he is a kid is just very high on the leader for me!

True... but not thaaaat young. Go back around 200 years than 12 was a "grown up" age and you could officially marry *yaih* Working as a child in 1890 daily business, but still... a child.
Just because he became head of the Phantomhives didn't mean he's no longer a child, if he had a blood related uncle who lived in the country he'd probably become his warden until he was at least 16 (that's how they did it even those 200 years ago and more - that's how we got the whole tragedy around the two princes in the tower in 1483 - Eduard was 13, the heir to the throne but his uncle became his warden, sinc Eduard was still a child).
In Ciel's case there was no one around except for his aunt...who's a woman. Aaaand it would've destroyed the plan of the story xD
But then again that's only how I feel about the whole thing, feel free to feel otherwise :)

Actually there was an uncle that wanted to "warden" him at the beginning. I think it was in first chapter or so? The one who was burn alive in the oven?
I'm not quite sure if He was the one, but yes, it was.
Of course He wanted to make Ciel a puppet so He can gain the count title and welth. But well.. it didn't end well for him.
There are 2 reasons why Ciel is the head of the family:
1.-He vanish the one that was taking care of him as soon as Ciel prove He was a capable kid.
2.-The queen herself bestow her approvement (After Ciel prove He was capable to be the Queen's dog too). And if the Queen says so, then...
But on normal circumstances Ciel would need an executor.

Fine, by the general society maybe, but I don't care about them right now, since they're not really in the picture, but I especailly mean Lizzy's family, who watched him grow up until now. And they bloody well would see the child in him, which he still is as good people.
Though actually I think the public back than was fickle. Whatever the situation and their own personal position they'd either say "he's a child" or "he's the earl", whatever served them best. A lot didn't care.

Like I say, you can't expect Ciel's aunt and her family to be on Fake Ciel's side due to the criminal activity put on Fake Ciel. Right now, they are in doubt. Which isn't wrong. The only reason why you find it wrong is because you know that Ciel is not guilty. They don't. That is why they're being cautious. Even towards Real Ciel. Cause they don't know the truth.

And they even feel akward about that. There was a lot of expression in their faces. I think they are still on Fake Ciel's side, but can't say it out loud. Elizabeth's mom (I don't remember his name) is a REALLY clever person, virtous and judgemental. But the Middleford is a respectable family, so they have to act accordingly (at least until they clarify things)

Maybe yes, depending on where the mangaka wants to go with them you can interpret it either way :D But I hope she takes the "the doubt the new guy" route. Like you said they're seem like clever people, so that would make the most sense.
But they srsly needed to act when it mattered. Not later. And Lizzy...well so far I guess she lost all sympathy the fans finally had for her after the whole Campania arc. Maybe the mangaka will change that in the future, but for now -.-
I really don't get why everyone treats our Ciel so bad and why no one tries to defend him. A) he just took on his brother's name, so his real reasons aside, I'd be pretty sure he did it as a memorial for real Ciel or to make everyone stop look at him as the delicate one. B) He is a child. That lived through something horrible - even though no one really knows what, they know enough to know it was horrible: dead parents, (former) dead brother, kidnapped for 3 month, lost an eye. And they can easily come up with ideas what happened during those 3 month.
Why is no one concered where the poor child is and tries to help him. I especially mean Lizzy's parents!
"Real" Ciel btw isn't real Ciel. He wasn't around for years, just lying in this coffin. So there was NO time to develope this personality. Plus he was loving his brother, why'd he treat him like that, they suffered through the same stuff. Anyway, doesn't matter, there was no time to develope any other personality than the one he had on his 10th birthday.
