I think it's just because of the spelling being so similar that it's confusing which one is which. Truth be told I assumed they were interchangeable. It's usually pretty obvious from what the names are as to whether it's Chinese or Korean.
Maybe just nitpicking but I’m finding it funny that some readers are assuming this is Korean comic (or manhwa). Not only this one but others also suffer from the same fate?
Manhwa = Korean comic
Manhua = Chinese comic
